Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-28

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, shared links, account activity, and any attempt to use or interact with Product Video AI. It is part of the Terms of Service.

The service is for commercial products and objects. It must not be used to create real-person deepfakes or to generate sexual, violent, hateful, child-unsafe, or infringing material.

2. Six prohibited content categories

Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual material, sexualised products, fetish content, nudity, or any sexual content involving a real or apparent minor.

Violence or gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, cruelty, bloodshed, violent threats, or content that promotes or celebrates serious harm.

Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanises, threatens, or promotes hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristic.

Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any content that endangers a child. This is an absolute prohibition.

Deepfakes or impersonation: face swaps, celebrity or public-figure likenesses, false statements or actions attributed to a real person, intimate synthetic scenes, or any attempt to impersonate a real person or brand.

Copyright or trademark infringement: stolen product designs, counterfeit packaging, unauthorised logos, characters, artwork, music, or other protected material.

3. Other prohibited conduct

Do not upload another person’s private information, intimate images, government identity documents, banking credentials, or content you do not have permission to use. Do not generate false endorsements, deceptive product claims, illegal goods, malware, phishing content, or material that facilitates violence or criminal activity.

Do not bypass filters, use encoded or obfuscated prompts to evade safety checks, scrape the service, resell access without authorisation, attack infrastructure, or interfere with another user’s access.

4. Product-image rights

Upload only product photos you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload images containing people, minors, celebrities, public figures, third-party trademarks, or copyrighted artwork unless you hold all required permissions.

A permission does not make prohibited deepfake or unlawful content acceptable.

5. Moderation and review

Prompts may be checked by Waffo Prompt Sift and local safety rules before generation. Uploaded images may be checked by OpenAI omni-moderation. MiniMax H3 Max is called through fal with the provider safety checker enabled.

The system may block, delay, fail, remove, or prevent sharing of content. Flagged content may enter human review. We maintain logs of automated verdicts and review outcomes for safety, appeals, and legal compliance.

6. Reporting

Report suspected violations through https://www.productvideoai.net/report or email mijika666@gmail.com. The report form records the reporter’s name, email, electronic signature, content reference, reason, and supporting details.

Reports involving imminent harm, child safety, or serious rights violations are prioritised. Our target is to route qualifying reports for human review within 48 hours. Complex cases may require more time, and we will communicate material delays where appropriate.

7. Enforcement

We may issue a warning, remove content, disable sharing, block a source image, require a prompt change, restrict generation, remove abusive credits, suspend an account, permanently terminate access, or report serious conduct to authorities.

Enforcement depends on severity, context, repetition, legal obligations, and risk to others. We may act immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, email mijika666@gmail.com within 30 days with the relevant video or report ID and an explanation. We aim to complete a review within 10 business days. Where practicable, the review is handled by someone who did not make the original decision.

9. Policy updates

We may update this AUP to reflect legal, provider, or safety requirements. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent site notice. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
