Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Product Video AI, available at https://www.productvideoai.net. The service is operated by Huang Weiren, an independent sole proprietor trading as Product Video Workspace. Contact: mijika666@gmail.com.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter a binding contract, accept these Terms, and accept the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. The service

Product Video AI is digital software that lets users submit one to four product images and an editable prompt to generate an 8–15 second AI video. Users can select a format, aspect ratio, length, and output resolution. The service also provides video history, downloads, credits, subscriptions, and opt-in sharing.

Video generation uses MiniMax H3 Max through fal. The service is independent software and is not endorsed by or affiliated with MiniMax, fal, Google, Instagram, or any other model or platform provider.

AI output can be inaccurate. You must review product shape, labels, colours, claims, and legal suitability before publishing. The service is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under it. Provide accurate information, keep your Google account secure, and notify us of unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that present fraud, security, legal, or content-safety risk.

4. Plans, credits, and renewal

The Starter plan is $26 per month for 300 monthly credits, Studio is $53 per month for 700 monthly credits, and Scale is $107 per month for 1,600 monthly credits. Annual versions are $260, $530, and $1,070 per year. Prices are shown in USD before local tax or currency conversion by the payment provider.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. You can cancel renewal in Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire at the end of the covered month. They do not roll over.

Credits are a licence to use the service, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Current render costs are 18 credits for 8 seconds at 720P, 38 credits for 12 seconds at 1080P, and 55 credits for 15 seconds at 1080P. We may change future prices and credit costs with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions renew at the price shown in Billing unless we provide a lawful price-change notice.

5. Payments and refunds

Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, receipts, and eligible refunds. Its terms also apply. Do not send card details to us.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Unused subscription purchases may be considered for refund within 7 days where no credits have been used. Failed renders are returned to credit balance automatically. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

6. Your inputs and permissions

You retain ownership of the product photos and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit to service providers, and reproduce those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and enforce our policies.

You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions for every uploaded asset. The service is for products and commercial objects. Do not upload real people, minors, celebrities, public figures, intimate imagery, private information, stolen designs, or third-party trademarks you are not authorised to use.

We do not use your uploaded product photos or prompts to train our own models. Provider handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. AI output and ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use lawfully generated output for your own commercial or personal projects. Rights in AI output can vary by jurisdiction and may not be exclusive. We do not guarantee that output is copyrightable or free of third-party claims.

Keep the AI-generated label and disclose AI use when publishing. Do not present output as documentary footage, human-made photography, third-party endorsement, or a factual event. Do not use output to mislead, impersonate, defame, or infringe rights.

8. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It prohibits sexual or NSFW content, violent or gory content, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement, along with other unlawful or abusive uses.

We may remove content, block assets, suspend generation, restrict features, cancel unused credits obtained through abuse, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious child-safety or criminal matters may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Reports and appeals

Anyone can report content at https://www.productvideoai.net/report. We aim to route qualifying reports for human review within 48 hours. We may remove output, disable sharing, block matching source images, suspend accounts, or reject a report.

If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, email mijika666@gmail.com with the video ID, report ID if applicable, and an explanation. A review will be performed by someone who did not make the original decision where practicable.

10. Service availability and changes

We may modify features, models, output limits, providers, or abuse controls to maintain safety and reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific visual result. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily pause generation or purchases.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or loss resulting from reliance on AI output. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, legal requirements, or serious safety risk. If we terminate for our convenience rather than your breach, we may refund unused prepaid service on a pro-rata basis where required by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact us at the support email and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue.

This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes by email or site notice. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy form the complete agreement for the service.
