Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Product Video Workspace is the data controller for Product Video AI. The business is operated by Huang Weiren, an independent sole proprietor trading as Product Video Workspace.

Privacy and data requests: mijika666@gmail.com. A separate data protection officer is not appointed because the service does not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring or large-scale processing of special-category data.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, sign-in timestamps, locale, country derived from the request, and account role.

Product inputs: product photos you upload, image metadata, a SHA-256 fingerprint used for safety and takedown matching, the creative prompt, selected format, aspect ratio, output length, and generation settings.

Outputs and usage: generated videos, share links, preview images, credit ledger entries, render status, error codes, and support messages.

Payment data: order ID, product, amount, currency, status, and payment-provider identifiers. Product Video AI does not receive or store full card numbers. Waffo Pancake processes payment details as merchant of record.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, security events, and cookie or local-storage preferences. Authentication and payment sessions use HTTP-only cookies where applicable.

3. How we use information

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, generate and store requested videos, maintain credits and subscriptions, process orders and refunds, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, handle reports, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to understand reliability and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, use uploaded product photos to train our own models, or send marketing email without a separate opt-in.

4. AI providers and disclosure

Video generation uses MiniMax H3 Max through fal. The prompt and signed URLs for your reference images are sent to fal and the model provider solely to render the requested output. fal's model safety checker is enabled.

Prompt moderation may use Waffo Prompt Sift. Uploaded images may be checked with OpenAI omni-moderation. These providers process the relevant content for safety and generation purposes under their own terms and privacy policies.

Outputs are labelled as AI-generated. Product Video AI is an independent product and is not an official MiniMax, fal, Google, or OpenAI product.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, queues, security, and email delivery; Google for optional sign-in; Waffo Pancake for payment processing and merchant-of-record services; fal and MiniMax for video generation; OpenAI for image moderation where enabled; and Waffo Prompt Sift for prompt moderation.

Plausible Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free page-view statistics from plausible.io.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect users or the public, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertising networks.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, the Asia-Pacific region, and other locations where they operate. Where required, transfers rely on contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, an adequacy decision, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

Uploaded product photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, unless needed longer for an active job, a legal obligation, or an unresolved safety report. Generated videos are kept for 90 days after they finish.

Account information is retained while the account is active and is deleted or anonymised after account deletion. Order, tax, fraud-prevention, and credit records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Support and report records are retained only as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet legal obligations.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage controls, least-privilege access, hashed session tokens, rate limiting, file-type validation, signed media URLs, provider safety checks, and audit logs. No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep your Google account and device credentials secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You can export account data and delete videos or your account in Settings.

Submit other requests to mijika666@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in, protects forms, and remembers a light or dark theme preference. A first-party attribution cookie may record how you first reached the site for up to 90 days. It is not used for cross-site advertising.

No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Plausible Analytics counts aggregate page views through plausible.io without cookies, cross-site identifiers, or persistent visitor profiles. It is not used for advertising.

11. Children

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and uploading images of minors is prohibited. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent site notice where appropriate.
